The team at Ashley Douglas have a reputation for being the best in their field. A reputation that is richly deserved and one that has been earnt. I was fortunate enough to find this out for myself after much research to find somewhere I could trust with a very precious necklace repair. Their team took the utmost care of my item and made sure my every (incredibly unreasonable) concern was seen to and addressed. On the return of the necklace the repairs have left it in a better condition that it was when it was new. Their team were so wonderful and easy to deal with and I have to say I was willing to pay through the nose for it to be done well but I was so delighted to find their prices were beyond reasonable.
